Privacy Policy

ComeUnity is free software. This policy describes how we handle your data.

Data we collect

We store account data (email, password hash) and community data (members, payments, expenses) you provide. Payment screenshots you upload are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) before storage and decrypted only when you or your community admin views them. We use Supabase for authentication and database storage.

How we use it

Data is used only to operate the app: managing communities, tracking dues, and displaying information to you and your community members. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Advertising

We may display ads (e.g. Google Ads) to sustain the service. Ad providers may use cookies and similar technologies. See their privacy policies for how they handle data.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for decisions and actions based on the app. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or error-free operation. The software is provided as-is.
